Senior Managing Partner, Founder and Principal Consultant of the Firm, Agbor Kima who simply prefers to be called Kima is one of the key consultants of the firm. He holds a Diploma in Sustainable Development, Strategic Management, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, Workplace Safety and Health, and a certificate in Business Intelligence and Knowledge Management Systems, Leadership Skills in Business, Understanding Financial Contracts, Understanding Mortgages and Home Equity, Stocks and Short selling etc. He is a corporate, Legal, Compliance & Finance Specialist having been in the field for several years.
He also consults in the areas of cyber security, maritime business, money laundering, business strategies, management, policy formulation & analysis. He has interests & specializes in Finance Law, Corporate Law, Business growth and development, Property law and compliance. He is also a hands-on personal & business manager for several companies. He is also passionate about writing articles on legal and corporate practice, as well being engaged in philanthropic activities. His love for humanity has seen him serve as National Coordinator of a non-governmental organization in Cameroon by name Cameroon Young Jurist Legal Resource Center (CYJULERC).

A Partner and Principal Consultant of the Firm, John Paul is a seasoned attorney in Nigeria and Cameroon. Being a member of the Cameroon and Nigerian Bar, he has under his belt more than eight years of practice experience in the fields of corporate practice, Finance law practice, Employment and labour law practice, Immigration law practice, debt recovery law practice, real estate business and general contract law practice.
He also consults in the areas of financial crime, maritime law, money laundering, business strategies and management. He has interests & specializes in Finance Law, Corporate Law, Business growth and development, Property law and compliance.
John is also a key partner in Kima & Partners Firm Cameroon, a reputable law office with great professional online presence in various aspects of Cameroon law.
He is also passionate about writing articles on legal and corporate practice.
Irene Suzanne Ngamgni

A collaborator and public relations officer of the firm, Irene is a graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Law from the University of Yaoundé II SOA, Cameroon.
Irene brings to the firm a great mastery and experience as regards the procurement of Licenses, Permits, Authorizations and other public documents from the various public services in Cameroon.
Irene also has a great mastery in the public contracts procurement network in Cameroon as she has already helped secure several contracts for some of our esteemed clients in the country.
Ebane Queen Endoh

A collaborator and researcher of the firm, Edoh is a master’s degree holder in international law from the University of Buea, Cameroon, and an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Cameroon. With over 6 years of working experience in a reputable law firm in Cameroon, she had gained experience in the fields of general legal practice, company registration compliance matters, real estate and property matters, contracts interpretation and drafting, legal research on statutes, policy and case law.
Edoh is very passionate about the corporate practice sector of Cameroon and always brings on board added value to companies and businesses in Cameroon based on extensive research.
Being eloquent in both the French and English language, she gives the firm an edge when it comes to interpretation of administrative and legal documents considering Cameroon is a bilingual and bi-jural country.
